How It Works

Initial Assessment

Thorough strategy session to map out exactly what your personal goal is and exactly we will help you get there. In-depth discussion on your health, dietary, metabolic, training, and injury history, as well as your level of physical capabilities. After discussing everything above, we can explain the science while showing you the practical application for your lifestyle.

 

We hear you out, see where you're at, and LISTEN to your concerns, so we can determine and teach you exactly how to get you where you want to be!

This is a completely custom plan that includes a meal plan (only in second package), workout/cardio routine, supplement guide, and official check ins every week.

When you sign up for your plan, a questionnaire email is sent that gathers all your info and helps me design your custom plan.  There is no “one size fits all” plan and I take into account several factors to personalize your plan.

Throughout your coaching, you have 24/7 email support and can ask any questions/concerns about your plan at any time.  I make adjustments, if necessary, to your plan when you check in.

My goal is to help you improve your health and body.  I provide the motivation and guidance and you just follow the plan.  Results are guaranteed.  You will have the option to renew once your initial time is up.
